Jon Brambles Lettings Department Newark is founded upon providing, you our client with personal service. We offer two levels of service ‘Tenant Find’ and ‘Full Property Management’.

The Tenant Find service is designed for those landlords who still wish to manage their own Newark properties on a daily basis, but do not wish to become involved in the finding of a suitable tenant. With Tenant Find, we advertise the property on all our available mediums, conduct the appropriate reference checks on applicants and prepare an inventory - all of this for just £295.00 plus VAT.

Our Full Property Management service provides a comprehensive service across Newark and area whereby we advertise your property, locate a suitable tenant, conduct the appropriate reference checks, prepare an inventory, collect deposits and monthly rents, conduct property appraisals and provide the conduit between the landlord and the tenant. Our fees for this full management service are just 10% of the gross monthly rental plus VAT.

Jon Brambles Estate Agency is an independent business operating in and around the Newark, Nottingham area. We are located on a prime corner site, just off the old Market Square and provide a comprehensive service to all our customers.
